Beer enthusiasts across Oxfordshire are invited to celebrate the launch of Hook Norton Brewery’s highly anticipated seasonal ale, “Hooky Gold” on Thursday, April 24th, 2025.

The brewery is hosting a special launch event, offering complimentary samples of their award-winning golden ale at two popular local Hook Norton Brewery pubs.

“Hooky Gold,” a thirst-quenching 4.1% seasonal brew, will be officially launched with traditional casks racked and tapped the same week, ensuring patrons experience the ale at its freshest. This golden ale, celebrated for its refreshing flavour profile, is expected to be a popular choice for the spring and early summer months.

The launch event kicks off at 7 p.m. at the Elephant & Castle in Bloxham. Attendees can sample the ale and engage with Hook Norton’s expert brewers, who will answer questions about the brewing process, the ingredients, and the unique characteristics of “Hooky Gold Cask.”

Following the Bloxham event, the celebration moves to The Bell Inn in Adderbury at 8pm, providing another opportunity for locals to enjoy complimentary samples and meet the brewers. Both locations will also feature giveaways, adding to the festive atmosphere.
