North Oxfordshire CAMRA Branch Pub of the Year 2025.

Congratulations to the staff of four of our pubs as we are pleased to learn that they have made it as finalists in this annual competition. They are:-

• Bell Inn, Adderbury
• Butchers Arms, Balscote
• Hare & Hounds, Wardington
• Peyton Arms, Stoke Lyne

If you haven’t been already, we thoroughly recommend giving them a visit and trying their well-kept beer!

The six finalists are chosen on their average beer quality scores by the local CAMRA membership over the preceding year and all six of the finalists have to be visited by CAMRA members and scored on beer quality, choice available and staff knowledge to be finally ranked 1-6.

(The Butchers Arms at Balscote was acclaimed as the local CAMRA Pub of the Year in 2023 and went on to be the regional winner of all the CAMRA branches in Berks, Bucks and Oxon!)

We look forward to the possibility of one of the above being chosen as the local CAMRA Pub of the Year 2025.
